Jelsa

Watch this video about the Yes-benches in Jelsa! The myth says that whoever gets proposed to on these benches cannot say no. Jelsa is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway with cosy, small houses along the fjord, the hand painted church, a good lunch at Jelsa hotell or a perfect date playing discgolf!

"Kjærleikstien" (the love path) in Vanvik

"If you're in Vanvik: take a stroll along the Ørlandsvegen road - a girl from Vanvik called the road the love path a long time ago. Have a break at Holadn and look west; on Vanvik, on the Hylsfjord, at the mountains, and the sky, study the nature around you, listen to what it tells you. After a while at Holadn, maybe with a packed lunch, have a nice walk. Be aware of where you step - it's steep at Holadn."

Økstrafjorden

Hjerterunden "The heart round trip"

Hjerterunden in Fjellsbergsskardet is a perfect hike for a first date. Take in the beautiful views while getting to know each other. Park at Hedlebrekk and follow the tractor road until you see the sign for Hjerterunden. The hike takes about 1 hour.

Lølandssteinen
