Small game hunting in Suldal State Common

The mountains of Suldal are known for excellent hunting opportunities. Tourists can purchase hunting licenses for both large and small game in certain areas.

The high mountain terrain ranges from 1050 to 1600 meters above sea level. To reach this area, take the road from Gullingen towards Blåsjø. At Oddatjørndammen, turn left onto the gravel road over Odden. In snowy years, the dirt road may be closed, and there's an alternative road from Mostøl in Bråtveit.
