Child-friendly tour in Stegåsen

A tour of Stegåsen offers great vantage points and varied nature. Sneak through pine forests, jump over the river and enjoy the view of the fjord.

The tour starts at Joagarden kindergarten in Eide, Sand. From here, take the Stegåsen from the hill just above the car park, where you will find a sign showing the marked route for "Stegåsen round". When you approach the top of Stegåsen, there is a marked detour to the highest point where you can write in a turbo book. The tour continues on a forest road south-east to parts of the path where you cross onto a path towards Eidsvika along Suldalslågen.
