Hanakamneset Gard is idyllically located in Sandsbygda in Suldal. Here, Rolf Henrik and Åse Marit work with various livestock on the farm, which they process. They have a particular focus on free-range pigs, which they refine into good, exciting flavours
They focus on the animals being able to go outside for large parts of the year, to use the whole animal. Their pork products ranged from tenderloin, loin loin and ribs to bratwurst. They are especially famous for their good chirozo sausages!
In 2021, they built a firehouse on the farm, with a wood-fired baking room. In the firehouse, they produce baked goods such as bread and small baked goods for the hall, usually once a week. Baking days are announced on their Facebook page.
The fire house can also be rented for parties and gatherings with pizza baking, bread baking or other cooking. There is room for 20 people here. Rent per day NOK 3,500
